$20 National Bank Note. First NB of New Milford, CT. Ch. 1193. Fr. 642. The only bank to charter in town, having done so in 1865. This is currently only the second Date Back known on the bank, and the only $20. A nice surprise here is the solid serial of 1111, as the note itself is a problem-free Very Fine. Stamped signatures of Everett Sturges as Cashier and Seymour Green as President. These men served together from 1908 through 1914. Estimated Value $300 - UP
