1806 Draped Bust Quarter Dollar. VG-7. Cleaned long ago and retoned to a light silvery gray at the centers, with iridescent hues around the periphery. Weakly struck at the central reverse as always. A very well balanced example of this die state, with a reverse crack from the rim down the left side of the first S of STATES. A scarce die pairing, and one that will please most variety collectors.
