1794 S-41 R3 F15. Frosty medium brown and steel blending to medium chocolate in protected areas. Would rate a slightly higher grade but there is a smoothed rim bruise over the top of the cap and it was lightly cleaned long ago. No roughness and the only additional mark is a small planchet flake under the upright of the R in AMERICA. MDS, Breen state V. The radial die crack through the D in UNITED reaches the tops of CE in CENT and a lighter radial die crack through the right foot of the A in STATES reaches the leaf below where it fades away.
