A fully white gem cameo proof which offers a full and complete strike, glittering mirror fields and ample contrast between the two, in order to win the coveted cameo award from PCGS. This one is right near the very top of those known today, certainly in the top ten, and this from an original mintage of only 1,039 struck. An extraordinary example of this scarce date.
