Remnants of a seal in the lower right corner. Printed Broadside. Oblong Folio, Mexico, July 19, 1872. Being a Death Notice of the "Mexican Washington," President Benito C. Juarez. The supreme law has been carried out. The man of bronze, he who consummated our second independence, has died. The Mexican Nation and all civilized countries that love freedom, are in mourning before the remains of the great Patriot who has stopped existing; we can only venerate the memory of the Mexican Washington"
