Cartier 18K Yellow Gold Love Ring with 3 Diamonds in Original Ring Box and Outer Box in Mint Condition. One of Cartier's most popular rings, contemporary but classic and understated. Three bright brilliant cut white diamonds totaling .25 carats alternate with stylized screws with Cartier's exceptional craftsmanship clearly apparent. Ring is a size 63 (20.1 mm, size 10.25-10.50 US thickness 5.5mm) and very recently polished by Cartier in Beverly Hills.
