1848 N-34 R5- PCGS graded MS62 Brown. Rather frosty light to medium chocolate brown and steel. The only marks are a pair of very tiny ticks left of the earlobe and a tiny horizontal nick under the wreath ribbon. The sharpness is virtually mint state but the surfaces are matte rather than lustrous or glossy. Sharply struck EDS. Our grade is EF45, CC#8 for this rare variety in the Grellman census. The attribution and Iskra provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 2; none finer for the variety at PCGS. Estimated Value $500-UP

Ex Robert Dunfield 6/1/2009-Fred Iskra Collection.
