1889. PCGS graded Proof 67. CAC. PQ. Wonderful rainbow toning on both sides which shows as pastel teal and blue around the rims, fading to golden russet into the fields, then brighter silver on the obverse. The strike is somewhat shallow on the stars. For the reverse the toning is more even, with similar shades to the obverse. All quite alluring and pleasing to the eye. A late issue Proof from the Liberty Seated quarter series, and one that will stand tall in any type set or advanced collection for its stunning quality and eye appeal. Only 711 struck.
