1826 Capped Bust Half Dollar. AU-55. This one has been cleaned and displays the usual profusion of faint hairlines when examined with a glass. Nearly a mint state coin as the curls show fine separation even on the high points, and the stars are almost all full. Delicate gold and red toning at the periphery. Abundant luster and generally a very nice coin overall.
