1826 Capped Bust Half Dollar. AU-55. This sparkler will liven up your collection without breaking the bank. The surfaces show light wear only on the high points of the design, and the toning is the style found in old album collections, with dark blue around the edges, white at the center of the obverse, the reverse similar, but the centers are toned in reddish-gold hues. Luster beneath the colors in the fields adds to the allure. A few hairlines, but they are faint, and no other problems worth noting were found.
