1807 Bust 50C NGC MS64. NGC graded MS-64+. O-112. Popular Red Book variety. A splendid gem example with beautiful uniform pale lilac toning on both sides which deepens lightly around the borders. This is a Condition Census example of this popular issue, with five others that just make the gem grade finer. Demand for these kind of Red Book coins has never been stronger as more people try to complete Set Registry collections and the like. Expect demand to be strong when this lovely, lustrous coin is offered. Pop 5; 6 finer with 5 in 65, 1 in 68*. Estimated Value $12,500-UP

1811 Bust 50C. Sm 8 NGC MS65. NGC graded MS-65. Nicely toned and well struck. This coin is tied for the fourth finest of the variety according to Steve Herrman's Auction & Mail Bid Prices Realized for Bust Half Dollars 1794 - 1839 "The toning is glorious and rich with old silver shades that offer deep jewel tones when examined under a light. The strike is sharp too, with all of Liberty's curls brought up well along with the eagle's tiny feathers. Early Capped Bust half dollars are seldom found in gem condition, and this offering is certainly something worthy of note." Pop 1; none finer at NGC for the variety. Estimated Value $10,000 - 12,000

1813 Bust 50C. 50C Over UNI PCGS MS63. PCGS graded MS-63 PQ. Boldly struck with lovely gold and blue toning on both sides. This is a plentiful die marriage but really tough to find this nice and attractive. The surfaces are oustanding and the eye appeal is amazing. The engraver, when creating the reverse die totally blundered here, with UNI placed where the denomination belonged, realizing the error, the denomination was engraved over the errant UNI where the legend was started Pop 10; 10 finer, 8 in 64, 1 in 64+, 1 in 65 (PCGS # 6104) Estimated Value $4,000 - 4,250

1824/4 Bust 50C PCGS MS65. PCGS graded MS-65. Wonderful light golden toning on the obverse. Boldly struck and exceptionally well preserved for this scarce issue.
