Lot 856		1969 Apollo 11 important working documents (x3). Two hand assembled manuals plus document used by Don Puddy during and after Apollo 11 flight. Manuals are 'LM Time Line Apollo 11 Telcom' and 'LM 5 Checklist'. Both have hand notations. Third is a stapled 'Apollo 11/LM-5 Telcom Post Mission Report' that include notations for possible changes. Manuals are technical of course but detailed. Mission used manuals and documetation for Apollo 11 are seldom offered. Important part of Apollo 11 mission history. Three different items with 'Reaching For The Moon' signed by author and second Moonwalker Buzz Aldrin on title page and two signed Moon panoramic color photos on Fuji paper. First photo (40"x8") depicts Buzz Aldrin unloading Apollo scientific package from the LM with Neil Armstrong's shadow in foreground bearing Buzz Aldrin's signature in silver. Second photo (50"x10") depicts Ed Mitchell working the TV camera as sun glare is reflected from the LM and bearing signature of Edgar Mitchell who not only adds 'Apollo 14 LMP 6th man on the moon' but draws arrows with notation of images in photo including 'High gain Antenna', 'Cone Crater', 'Lunar Module "Antares"', 'Solar wind collector', 'Triplet Craters' and 'me', all in silver ink.
