1973-74 Skylab 4 FLOWN fire extinguisher part. Burst Dish Washer (approximately ¾" diameter) from fire extinguisher developed as a result of the Apollo 1 tragedy. This part was FLOWN on Skylab 4 in the Command Module as part of the extinguisher. Part #ME 280-0010-0006, s/n 652570012 MMM. Mounted on 8½"x11" detailed COA.
