Bold signature of Fred Haise on page front to which Haise adds "Apollo 13 LMP." Support documentation and COA included.

1970 Apollo 13 FLOWN parachute material & ink pen sample. Four pieces & fragments from parachute of Apollo 13 used during splashdown mounted on 8½"x11" Ken Havekotte COA. Also an Apollo 13 FLOWN ALSEP pen sample on 8½ x 11 Ken Havekotte COA upon which Havekotte signed his name using original Apollo 13 FLOWN ink cartridge housed in Fisher space pen. Apollo 13 movie invitation also included.

1970 Apollo 13 FLOWN Lunar Module webbing strap. Braided cloth strap (1½" long) is a portion of the webbing from the lunar module Aquarius that was salvaged by Apollo 13 crew before LM jetisoning. Includes 8½"x11" consignor photo COA for 4 pieces of which 1½" piece is third from top. COA states ".salvaged.webbing was cut into small pieces and presented to members of the ground crew that helped the crew return safely. This was given to me in 1970."
