Bob Clampett Original Birthday Greeting with Illustrated Tweetie Bird and Signature. Bob Clampett (1913-1984), legendary animator and illustrator for Warner Brothers Looney Tunes (1931-1946) illustrated this wonderful image of Tweetie Bird, then hand lettered and signed this birthday greeting to 35 year veteran television editor, director and producer Danny Cahn. Another bit of whimsy is the reference to Beany and Cecil (another of Clampett's animated creations later in his career) with the "Beany Copter" over the letter 'B' of his name. In very fine condition.
Piece measures 10" x 8½, rendered in ink, colored pencil and marker. Some evidence of handling otherwise very nice.
Estimated Value $250 - 350.
