Mercury 7 First Day covers. Mercury 7 First Day covers. Each of the 7 covers are on an individual page notating flight information. The Glenn and Carpenter signatures are real. The other 5 are early autopens. Each cover has a small photograph of the astronaut affixed in the upper left. The photos appear to have been glued in place and one (Grissom) needs to be reattached. A nice set commemorating the original 7.
