Magnificent Sterling Silver Service Set, 'Chantilly' by Gorham. A 20-piece set. Includes 6 candelabras and matching salt and pepper shakers (bases are weighted) and 5 large serving pieces, plus samovar, pitcher, creamer, and warmer which formerly made up lot 456 (now withdrawn and combined with this lot). A monumental set of Gorham's classic baroque design, all in excellent condition. Total weight approximately 372 oz.: 243.5 non-weighted and 125.5 weighted.

Included are a creamer (5"x4½"), a sugar bowl (6x4½"), and a sugar cube bowl (5"x4½"), all with the tear drop design at their bases. Total weight 64 oz.

Sterling Silver Flatware. Kirk and Sons Sterling Service. Mayflower pattern by America's oldest silversmiths, founded in 1815. Consists of the following: 16 knives; 15 forks; 31 spoons including coffee spoons; 10 various service pieces. All in outstanding condition.

Acquired prior to WWII. All housed in a fitted felt-lined case including the original Donavan and Seamans Co. brouchere. Total weight of sterling (knives estimated at half due to stainless silver blades): 72. oz.
