Rambler Bicycles above a bicycle in the center of the reverse. This is a seldome seen medal. The copper plating has oxidized, a few areas of dark brown are still visible. This medal is Uncirculated. Eglit-370 on 1883 "no cents" Liberty nickel (cracked during elongating) and 1887 Liberty nickel. The last piece in this lot has "*Columbian Exposition* 1893" rolled on to an unknown copper planchet weighing 5.8 grams. "W.F. Reyce DeKalb Ill" is lightly scratched into reverse.   Three Thomas Elder Columbian Exposition Related Medals. Eglit-64 and 65. Struck in 1907, these three Thomas Elder medals use dies that were previously used to produce nummerous medals for the Columbian Expositon such as Eglit 63, the Santa Maria Medal. Eglit-64, gilt, 31mm, uses the Eglit-63 Columbus bust die with Elder's ANA Triennial Convention die that was issued in 1907. Eglit-65, both in gilt and copper, shares the Eglit-63 Santa Maria die with Elder's Jamestown Ter-Centennial medal die. As such, Eglit saw fit to include these medal in his reference. Eglit-64, gilt, is NGC graded MS62. Eglit-65, gilt, is NGC graded MS62. Eglit-65, copper, is NGC graded MS61 Red-Brown. Estimated Value $600-UP

This lot consists of a bronze and aluminum version of Eglit-51 in 28mm. The 28mm variety offered here is rarer than most of the larger diameter varieties. Eglit-51C is bronze and NGC graded MS64 Brown.The second medal is attributed by NGC as Eglit-101, but should be Eglit-51C in aluminum. It is NGC graded MS63 Prooflike. Estimated Value $200-UP

It was designed by Whitehouse. It is listed in Eglit at 78mm in copper, bronze and silver. This piece is gilt as several bronze colored spots can be seen in areas where gilt is missing. Unique (1892-93) Personalized Commemorative Columbian Half Dollar, Eglit-461. Silver and gold, 31mm. This very unusual lot consists of a Columbian Half Dollar with the portrait removed and replaced with ornate gold inlay of the initials "J.D." set on a stippled background and surrounded by the original legends. The reverse is unaltered. An ornate attachment with eyelet is at top for wear. We can only speculate as to its use, but it is very well executed. From Eglit's personal collection.
