)1792-4) Kentucky Halfpenny Token with Plain Edge Breen-1155 AU55. Planchet Void. Frosty medium brown and light chocolate showing satiny luster in protected areas. Just a hint of friction on the highest points from mint state. But there is a large planchet pre-striking planchet void near the rim left of the scroll that caused strike weakness at the opposing area on the reverse. These are seldom found with such obvious mint errors. Listed on page 75 in the "Redbook." Weight 151.8 grains.

(1792-4) Kentucky Halfpenny Token with Plain Edge Breen-1155 AU50. Choice glossy steel brown and chocolate with frosty lighter brown toning covering the protected areas on both sides. Great eye appeal, essentially flawless in every respect. Just a hint of friction on the highest points from mint state. The die cracks around the hand and scroll are light but obvious. Listed on page 75 in the "Redbook." Weight 150.9 grains.

(1792-4) Kentucky Halfpenny Token with Plain Edge Breen-1155 PCGS graded XF45, CAC Approved. Dark steel brown with frosty lighter brown toning in the protected areas. No marks or other defects, but the surfaces are a bit dull from a thin layer of oxidation. Comes with a certification signed by Walter Breen. Listed on page 75 in the "Redbook."

1794 Franklin Press Halfpenny Token with Plain Edge Breen-1165 AU50. Glossy light olive and chocolate. Very nice for the grade, free of any defects other than some microscopic ticks consistent with the grade. Late die state with a pair of cud breaks inside the press and another at ERT in LIBERTAS. Listed on page 76 in the "Redbook." Weight 112.1 grains.

1794 Talbot Allum & Lee Cent with New York Breen-1029 PCGS graded VF35, CAC Approved. Type with a small ampersand on the obverse and a large one on the reverse. Very attractive frosty medium brown. Perfect except for a few trivial bruises on the rim, none notable. Well struck and perfectly centered. The reverse has two obvious die cracks. Listed on page 76 in the "Redbook."

Just a touch of friction on the highpoints. The only marks are some faint hairline scratches around the left arm of the standing lady, but these are visible only with the aid of a strong glass. Listed on page 76 in the "Redbook."

1794 Talbot Allum & Lee/John Howard Mule Breen-1049 F12. Sharpness VF20 but covered with minor roughness mixed with faint hairline scratches. Rather glossy olive brown with lighter brown toning on the devices. Looks better than it may sound. The date is tight to the edge of the planchet but it remains clear and the legends are complete. Weight 120.1 grains.
