1974, $5 Federal Reserve Note. Partial Back to Face Offset. PCGS Very Fine 35 Apparent. Fr-1973-L. A partial back to face offset appears at the top third of this note and the ink is medium green in color. The Apparent grade is the result of a small edge tear near the upper left corner. Areas of bold embossing and wide margins add to the eye appeal.

Mounting damage on the back along with a small rust stain in the top margin on the back resulted in the Apparent grade.

The paper remains relatively bright and there are no heavy folds interrupting the designs. A partial teller stamp on the face was cited as the reason for the Apparent grade.
