Collection of 50 Cels From "Man, Monsters & Mysteries" - Les Clark. Fifty completed cels from the short animated film directed by Les Clark in 1974. The cels were displayed at Epcot Center in the 1980s as part of the History and Process of Animation exhibit. Les Clark was the last surviving member of Disney's "Nine Old Men," and this was the very last project he personally worked on. Clark was the longest continuously employed member of Disney Studios, working from February 23, 1927 to his retirement on September 30, 1975.

"Man, Monsters & Mysteries" is an entertaining little film which briefly looks at the history of man's belief in fantastic creatures and then spends the bulk of the remaining time exploring one of the greatest mysteries of all - the Loch Ness Monster in Scotland. A good deal of information is given, both legendary & factual, eyewitnesses are heard from, scientific evidence is reviewed and the viewers are allowed to form their own conclusions. The film is helped tremendously by the talents of Sebastian Cabot as the friendly narrator and Sterling Holloway as the voice of the animated Nessie.
Estimated Value $750 - 1,200.
