1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition, St. Louis, Mo, Pre-Exposition Period Adult Admission Ticket. PCGS About New 53. A seldom encountered item, this ticket has a red A-O overprint and serial number 1904, matching the year of the event. The back has a rubber-stamped notation in blue ink that includes the date of admittance the ticket was good for, JUN 17 1903. A wonderful piece.

  Bank of the United States Checks. Two Examples. PCGS Very Fine 25 and Extremely Fine 40. Two different designs of Bank of the United States checks are contained in this lot. The Very Fine example is dated May 25, 1797 and was payable for $65.20 while the Extremely Fine check was dated Feb. 21, 1807 and was payable for $705. That second check includes a vignette of an eagle with outstretched wings. Lot of 2 notes.
