1861. PCGS graded MS-66. CAC Approved. Only 7,500 examples are estimated to have survived. Nice blue and lilac toning. Wonderful lustrous surfaces are flourishing with brilliance under the delectable color. Well struck for the issue, with most reverse details present. Gems with this degree of originality are scarce. Pop 72; 26 finer in 67 (PCGS # 3679) .

1862, 2 over 1. PCGS graded MS-66. CAC Approved PQ. Only 3,000 examples are estimated to have survived. Lovely toning. A overdate of enduring popularity with collectors, the 1862/1 is the only business strike Three Cent Silver with an overdate (the 1863/2 comes in Proof). The surfaces of this extraordinary Gem have dappled, multicolored rose, gold, and natural silvery gray patination in a very light manner. Its originality is understood at first glance; as is this coin's attractive, overall eye appealing nature. Pop 65; 12 finer in 67 (PCGS # 3681) .
