Brevete Jewelled Miniature Cocktail Purse. Measuring 2½ x 3 3/8 in., this lovely Art Noveau piece is encased in sterling silver with four .5 sapphires mounted on the front, one of which has a six sided diamond studded star bursting from its edges. The purse opens to a gold washed interior consisting of two small compartments on its left (2 x 1 in. and 2 x 2 in.), and a 2 1/8 x 3 1/8 in. compartment on its right which can accommodate photos, calling cards, or cigarettes. There are four catches, one for the opening and closing of the main case, and three for each compartment. Circa early 1900s. Total weight 6.83 ozt.

Russian, Faberge-Style Cigarette Case. This fabulous piece is encased in sterling silver with a raised leaf deign decorating the edges. Front has a mustard colored surface with a finely sculpted sunburst design flowing from a sapphire and diamond circle (5/8" in diameter). Case measures 2 x 3½ in with a thickness of 3/8 in. This case is inscribed in Russian, most likely from parents to child, and loosely translates to "Poliaineke, Congratulating you on being a young adult and this birthday - From Sylvia and Volias May 1947."

Both Chihuly and Nowak still live in Seattle, Washington. Includes a full biography of the Artist and his works.

Duck Decoy By Hutch Decoy Carving, Ltd. This beautiful hand carved, hand painted wood Mallard Drake decoy belonged to William Korn, the original buyer of William Boyds Palm Desert home. Upon Mr. Korn's death in 2005, the home was bought by Mario Hernandez, who inherited this beautifully preserved piece. The carving is dated 1982 and bears the 1974 bottom stamp "Hutch Decoy Carving Company", located in Glen Burmic, Martland. Measuring 15½"x 7½", the decoy is in new unused condition.

A Pair Of Small Dutch 18th Century Portraits On Ivory. A beautiful pair of hand painted aristocratic portraits painted on ivory and also framed in ivory with tortoise trim. The frames have a guilded brass matting.

One portrait is that of Duchess Von Rulland, the other Duke Von Reichstalt, by artist Herzog V. Reichstalt. Each measures 3 3/8"x4". The condition of both pieces is excellent.

The compact has a flip-open mirror and measures 2¼" in diameter, while the lipstick measures 2". Manufactured by Marathon Jewelers circa early 1900s. The cameo broach measures 1 3/8 x 1 5/8 in. and is encased in ivory and silver, hand-painted with gold gilt and highlighted with cut glass. Circa late 1800s.
