Lot 540
Expedition 8, 2004, Leaded Glass Oval Picture Frame (7x9") This clear leaded glass rectangular picture frame has an oval picture cutout (4.5x6.5") in the center. There is a paper insert in the oval, in honor of astronaut Foale, station commander and cosmonaut Kalerie (engineer). There is a fixed glass "foot" on the base to enable the frame to stand upright. We normally would not have run this as a separate lot, but thought it was quite unusual as a piece of space memorabilia. It deserves a good home with a picture of your favorite astronaut(s) inserted in it.
