Manuscript Document Signed, one page, 12¾ x 7¾ inches (New York City), May 13, 1829. Astor certifies that "…a certain Indenture of mortgage made & executed by Albert and Stephen Demarest to me…has been fully paid off satisfied and discharged…." Some fold repairs on verso; a few edge chips Bold signature with paraph.
