Vostok-1, 1961, Child's Autographed Space Album Front Cover (8.5x11.5") This striking piece was put together by a youngster from Star City (where the cosmonauts and high space administrators lived). He decorated it around the edges with six small black and white photos of cosmonauts. In the center is an autograph and inscription by Gagarin ("As Commander of Vostok-1, I am very thankful that you built a "perfect" Vostok (spacecraft)). There are also autographs of subsequent cosmonauts including Titov (Vostok-2), Popovich (Vostok-3), Nikolayev (Vostok-4), Bykovsky (Vostok-5), Tereshkova (Vostok-6), Komarov, Feoktistov, Yegorov (Voskhod-1), Belayev and Leonov (Voskhod-2) in various colored inks. A striking piece of original memorabilia.

Pioneer Cosmonauts - Photo Signed by 19. Oversized 21 x 16 in. color photo of Soviet spacecraft launch signed by an incredible 19 pioneer cosmonauts: "V. Tereshkova", "A. Leonov" (7" long!), "G. Titov", "Popovich", "Nikolayev", "V. Bykovsky", "K. Feoktistov", "V. Kubasov", "I. Volk", "V. Shatalov", "G. Beregovoy", "V. Sevastynov", "G. Shonin", "A. Filipichenko", "B. Volynov", A. Berezovoy", "A. Yeliseyev", "Y. Khrunov" and "V.Gorbatko."

A remarkable assemblage of autographs, including six of the original seven Vostok (1961-63) cosmonauts (all but Gagarin) plus one member of each Voskhod (1964-65) mission plus the first woman in space (Tereshkova, 1963) and the first person to walk in space (Leonov, 1965). Custom matted and framed to an overall size of 26 x 21". Visually striking.

Vostok-1, 1961, "Typed Training Schedule" for Gagarin & Titov (8x10.5") This typed schedule was issued 3 weeks prior to Gagarin's launch. Dated "March 19, 1961", it lists: !) "Landing by hand - activities immediately after landing" and 2) Exercises on Corrections of Globe". It is signed by Gagarin and Titov at the bottom and approved by Korolev and Kamonin at top. An important internal training document.

Vostok-6, 1963, Gagarin Handwritten Autograph. On a handwritten letter (8x11"), that reads, in part, "To Komanin, Nikoley Petrovich - (I am) sincerely asking you, for the better training, please increase the amount of parachute jumps for V. Tereshkov (signed) Gagarin, March 17, '63". Tereshkova has signed the letter at the lower left and has added the notation:"Please increase the amount of night parachute jumps to 20 (signed) Tereshkova". Several Gagarin "fingerprint" smudges add to the letter's authentic feel. Attractive and historic. Horizontal and vertical paper folds appear original.

Voskhod-1, 1965, Gagarin Handwritten Letter (7.5x9") This 1965 handwritten letter is addressed to Nikoley Petrovich (with a Gagarin autograph above) and reads: "I am asking you permit to decrease the amount of planned events for Belyayev and Leonov". He has signed it A. Gagarin, October 1, 1965". The letter is also signed by both Belyayev and Leonov at the lower left. ALSO very unusual are Gagarin's autographs at the top and bottom of the letter. One is "Spelled out" and one is "Written." Rarely seen thus.

Soyuz-1, 1967, Gagarin Autograph (violet ink) on a black and white photocollege (9x6.5") devoted to the flight of Soyuz-1 and the first confirmed in-flight fatality of Vladimir Komarov. Gagarin (who was the back-up pilot for Soyuz-1) has inscribed the piece "The start of 1967 - is the heroic deed of historical importance". The college is also signed by Komarov's fellow crew members from Voskhod-1, Feoktistov and Yegorov. A striking, and historic piece of memorabilia.

Soyuz 9, 1970, Nikolayev & Sevastyanov Autographs. On a typed letter datelined Houston, October 1970, and addressed to Deke Slayton, Director, Flight Crew Operations, that says, in part; "We wanted for so long to meet you, having heard so many wonderful things about you and the Astronaut Corps in Houston. Now we find these all to be true except we were not quite prepared for the comradery, the laughter, the friendship, the gaiety and the warmth we experienced. We know you had much to do in making this all possible. We cannot let too much time pass before we do this again…'. A great letter in surprisingly fluent English. The upper left corner of the letter is missing (torn after having been stapled to something?) which should not detract from this unusual piece of memorabilia.

Soyuz TM-17/MIR/TM-16 FLOWN Cover. This striking cover has the pentagonal and octagonal violet MIR onboard handstamps showing it was flown to space onboard Soyuz TM-17. It also has the onboard black cachet and is signed by French cosmonaut Haignere. It was then taken onboard MIR, returned to earth onboard Soyuz TM-16 and then returned to space again on TM-18 (signed by the full crew of Afanasyev, Polyakov and Usachev). Attractive and rare.

Soviet Program, Gagarin Autograph. On a reprint issue of the September 20, 1935 "Evening Moscow" newspaper which announced the death of Russian space visionary Konstantin Tsiolkovsky. Gagarin has inscribed the paper: "He called us to (the) Stars!" The reprint was probably made as part of a museum display. Gagarin's autograph and inscription are original. Rare and attractive.

Recovering over 170 grams of lunar soil and returning to Earth August 22, 1976". Consignor's photocopy COA included. Attractive and scarce.
