1864, 10¢ Fractional Currency. Third Issue, red reverse. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64EPQ. Fr-1253. . KL-3260. This fractional, which bears the hand-autographed signatures of Colby and Spinner, has excellent eye appeal for the issue and for the grade. The face margin is tighter at the bottom left than on the other sides, otherwise a higher grade might be merited.
