A strangely graded note that appears incredibly exceptional at first glance, with bold embossing and impressive centering and margins that are seldomly seen on this issue. Unfortunately, the note was once mounted from the back and there are some minor paper pulls remaining, hence the Apparent grade from PCGS Currency. Still worthy of a premium bid, and a note that displays incredibly well from the face.
