Lot 824
1913 Barber Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 66 Cameo. Wild rainbow toning on both sides. Will run away. Only 613 pieces minted. From center to periphery the intense radiant mirror luster glows. Meticulous strike on every frosted device is what collectors hope for in a Proof Barber quarter of this caliber, and this coin, unlike those that don't quite make the "full" grade, is extra crisp, twice as sharp as an average specimen. For that reason, the numerical condition is exact. Pop 2; 4 finer in 67 (PCGS # 85699) .
Estimated Value $5,000 - 5,500.
