1871 Quarter Dollar Octagonal. NGC graded MS-63. An attractive toned specimen, the fields shading from warm gold to pale orange color. High Rarity 4. Libhtly toned. This interesting variety was struck by Levison Brothers' California Jewelry Company, sucessors to Robert B. Gray. Large L above the date touches the truncation. Pop 3; 1 finer in 65.

1871 Quarter Dollar Octagonal. NGC graded MS-64. An attractive, bright Robert B. Gray issue with some interesting die breaks across the obverse and reverse, including two that connect the rim to the wreath on the reverse. Rarity 3. Nice reflective surfaces. Pop 1; none finer.

1853 Quarter Dollar Octagonal Liberty Head. PCGS graded MS-64. Mostly untoned but decidedly lustrous! The large Liberty head nearly fills the space available; the die maker put four evenly spaced stars around. On the reverse, the word DOLLAR is steeply curved, with the date 1855 below. All within a ring of beads. Low Rarity 4. Pop 17; 2 finer in 65 (PCGS # 10371) .
