Apollo Soyuz, FLOWN Crew Patch. This 4" patch, sewn partially with gold thread, is mounted on a 1974 Robert McCall limited edition lithograph (professionally matted and framed to 24x20"). The NASA descriptive plaque, mounted in the lower center of the print reads: "Presented to the family of / Donald K. "Deke" Slayton / in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project, when East met West. This reproduction of Robert McCall's "Apollo-Soyuz Test Project" was commissioned by the NASA Art Program in 1974 in anticipation of the mission. The crew patch was flown on the historic mission, which took palce from July 15 to 24, 1975". A rare and attractive piece of space memorabilia.

Apollo Soyuz, 1975, FLOWN Checklist Page (6x8") This flown "1/14/75 "checklist page has white velcro tabs on both sides as well as several red notations made by Slayton during the flight. One side of the checklist is titled: "UVA 500 M - O/P" and the other is marked "UVA 1000 M O/P. An extremely important piece of memorabilia. A vacuum sealed pouch used to store this page (now open) has a notation: "Flown ASTP Check List". Rare.

Apollo Soyuz, FLOWN Manned Flight Awareness Medallion (2.5") This metal medallion is mounted on a multicolor presentation sheet (11x14") that reads: "The crews of the Apollo Soyuz Test Project are pleased to present you with this medallion in appreciation of your contribution to the success…". The medallion is inscribed, on the reverse: "…contains metal from both Apollo and Soyuz that joined together in the first International manned space mission…". A great piece of memorabilia in virtually pristine condition.
