Satiny and choice except for an obvious splash of very fine black carbon filling the area between the date and first star plus specks of similar carbon over TAT in STATES. M-LDS, die state c. EAC grade MS60. A decent example of this popular "Redbook" variety in spite of the carbon splash. The attribution is noted on the NGC label.
