"Close Encounters Of The Third Kind". Script by Steven Spielberg, for the 1977 award-winning science fiction movie about unidentified flying objects. Revised script; pages with revisions are denoted by date (all in April 1976) and by colored paper. The movie was written and directed by Steven Spielberg ans starred Richard Dreyfuss, François Truffaut, Bob Balaban, Melinda Dillon, Teri Garr, and Cary Guffey. Visual effects by Douglas Trumbull and the score was composed by John Williams. With a copy of the book (New York: Delacourt Press, 1977), and a publicity brochure from Columbia Pictures. (3 items).
