Lot 880
1923 Liberty Standing Quarter Dollar. NGC graded MS-67. An exquisite example of this type date, with a population of just 16 in this grade (including a single Full Head coin). A glass notes that this coin is sharply struck on the shield and elsewhere, though the head is not quite full. Yet it's sharper overall than many FH pieces. Vibrant pale rose toning on the obverse has begun to form, while the reverse remains untoned at present--just frosty white and starkly beautiful. Pristine in every way!
