1935-A, $1 World War II Emergency Note. Hawaii. CGC graded Premium Gem 68. . Fr-2300. . KL-1609. This Hawaii Ace displays some of the nicest centering that we have seen on this note, with broad, even margins on both sides. Always a popular issue, and even more so in elevated grades.

1934, $10 World War II Emergency Note. . Fr-2308. . KL-2259. A crisp, brilliant example of the very rare 1934 issue, the first yellow seal variety that was quickly superceded by the 1934-A series (the one usually offered for sale). A truly splendid example with three broad margins and one (at right) that is narrower. Full, smudge-free originality with only a faint fold away from full Crisp detail. Worth a strong premium in today's active market.
