One of the key dates of the Victorian 'bun' penny series. Sharply struck on Britannia's bodice and shield, this is a good example, with even some original luster to recommend it. NGC graded MS-62 Brown.

Even the 1887 silver coins in high grade are beginning to disappear from the numismatic scene. This is a very appealing example of the crown struck to commemorate the 50th year of Victoria's reign.
