Lot 1737
1942/1-D Mercury Dime. ANACS graded AU-58. Loaded with luster and just a hairsbreadth away from full mint state. The wintry blast of white luster is evident under the toning over much of the surface of this semi-key date. And the best part of it is, the fields as well as the devices are smooth, satiny, as well as devoid of marks. A distinguished looking coin for the Mercury dime collector. In a new style holder (PCGS # 5040) .
Estimated Value $1,250 - 1,500.
