1891 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 64 Cameo. Well struck. A satiny matte-like frosted gem with resilient underlying mirrors and faint toning highlights. From center to periphery, the coin is needle-sharp, with just a hint of hairlines evident and therefore accounting for the seemingly conservative grade of Proof 64. What matters most to collectors is eye-appeal, and this 1891 Proof has popping eye-appeal aplenty. Pop 7; 4 finer in cameo. (PCGS # 86452) .
