The overdate on these is actually 42 over 41, since portions of the repunched 4 can also be seen at the base of that numeral. Popular key date (PCGS # 5036) .

1875-CC Twenty Cents. NGC graded MS-64. A frosty white example. Desirable with this meticulous strike on Liberty and most of the eagle. Only the upper left curve of one wing is flatly struck. A lovely frosty MS64 specimen that has crisp if not exactly radiant white color. An ideal specimen for a Type set as well as being the only really affordable Carson City mint date of this denomination. Pop 80; 35 finer (PCGS # 5297) .
