Within a wreath of laurel a circle containing an Imperial crown dividing the value ONE CENT, legend HONG-Kong and date around, A cross and lion passant to left and right of the date. Reverse: St. George and Dragon in the center of the small circle and T.G (Thomas Graham); an Anchor; a Lion and R.M. (Royal Mint) in the angles of the Chinese characters. Very attractive, and Rare.
