  Antique Silver Spoons. Collection of Eleven Souvenir Spoons. Eleven American-made Silver Souvenir Spoons, three with intricate enameled illustrations, honoring a number of American capitols, and a variety of National State Parks. Many are unusual examples desirable to collectors, including a souvenir spoon from Washington DC with a handle shaped like a frontier rifle, an souvenir spoon from the "San Francisco" Worlds Fair, and a souvenir from California, dated 1901, in the shape of a mining pan. Superb.

  Oriental Brush Holders. A group of three different wooden antique brush holders. Each is cylindrical in shape and hand made. One of bamboo has inscription in 4 vertical panels with an artist's mark; the other two, both appear to be unsigned, from different woods, one with a village scene and the other with a bird perched on a tree with colored flowers and leaves. Sizes 9½ to 12½". An interesting offering.

  Pipe - Burgenmeister, c. mid-1800s (Two). The smaller of the two pipes still possesses the original ribbon used to hang it from the arm of a chair. A pair. Featuring robust, reddish-brown, meerschaum bowls complete with metal wind guards. The pipes measure 20" and 15" respectively, with long, flexible, wooden stems and delicate wooden mouth pieces. Very Good.

  Pipe - Meerschaum "Mother Goose", c.1900's. Evidently designed as a woman's pipe (4" long) this dainty smoking apparatus is intricately carved to resemble the fabled children's story teller. The pipe is an egg shell color with dark regions around the bowl and "Mother Goose's" bonnet. The original amber stem has been repaired. Good.

  Pipe - Meerschaum, with Case, c.1900's. Includes original velvet lined leather case and original amber stem. This pipe features a simple carving of a horse jumping a felled tree. A weathered, golden-brown tone permeates throughout the bowl. The bottom of the pipe, the rim of the bowl and portions of the horse exhibit patches of off-white. Six inches long. Very Good.

  Vintage Pen & Pencil. The "Conway Stewart" Writing Set c.1930s. London, England. Beautiful green laquer finish with gold accents. Pen: 4 3/4", nib inscribed "Conway Stewart 14ct. gold 4", initialed "CS" on two clips. Pen body is also etched "Conway Stewart-- Made in England 84".
Pencil: 4 1/2", etched "Conway No. 26 Conway Stewart London", initialed "CS" on clip. Set comes complete with Conway Stewart Guarantee, instructions for pen & pencil and original "woven" box (white with green and gold accents). Box is moderately worn in spots. Very Good.
