Unquestionably about as nice as this perf. 11 double error can be found, original gum double error in a complete sheet of 100 with plate no. 7942 at top and left, all but four stamps never hinged, including the two errors, the sheet itself has mixed centering, but the two errors and the surrounding ten stamps are incredibly well-centered, and are Very Fine to Extremely Fine, with 2004 P.S.E. certificate.
