Inscribed and dated in black ink on front free endsheet, "For My Good Friend / Eddie Selton / May 'Broadway' Click / Carl Laemmle Jr / April 5, 1929". Hinge to front free endsheet is torn in spots; toning to edges. Otherwise, in very fine condition. Accompanied by a 17 x 14" jumbo lobby card from the film. With pinholes in corners, a folds and a few chips. Stamped verso.

Featuring movie stars from several studios, Carl Laemmle's production of Broadway was quite a feat. The film starred Glenn Tryon from Universal, Evelyn Brent from Paramount, Merna Kennedy from United Artists, Robert Ellis from Metro, and Leslie Fenton from Fox, among others. The impressive script offered here outlines dialogue, dance numbers and scene directions.
