Listed as a distyle temple in Hendin and Meshorer, it is apparent in this specimen that the temple has four columns rather than two, which are not evident in the plate coins of Hendin and Meshorer's nos. 8 and 9.

A varied group of scarce to rare, and perhaps unpublished coins. Included are Aelia Capitolina, an AE 25 mm.: Confronted busts of M. Aurelius and L. Verus / Tyche enthroned left (SNG ANS 603, 604). From Caesarea, another AE 25: Laureate bust of Aurelius right / Serapis bust right (SNG ANS 776); and another of Severus Alexander?: Draped, laureate bust right / Victory advancing left. From Bostra, three small bronzes: Aurelius as Caesar(?), Bare head right / Tyche head right (cf. SNG ANS 1188, 1190), and another a bit larger, but cuirassed (SNG ANS 1189); plus a handsome small AE 12 mm. of Commodus: Laureate and cuirassed bust right / Tyche bust right (SNG ANS 1194). Reverse: Poseidon standing frontal, holding trident and palm; legend at sides, monogram to lower right. Bopear. Serie 1D; SNG ANS 277; MIG 124b. Nicely centered, with artistic toning. Near Choice Very Fine.

Indo-Scythian. Spalirises with Azes, 65-60 BC. Armor-clad King on horse right, holding spear. Reverse: Zeus facing, holding thunderbolt and scepter; monogram at left, Karoshthi letter at right. Alram 949; Mitchiner ACW 2172; Senior 74.2T. Reverse porosity, otherwise a very good example. Extremely Fine.

  Ptolemaic Egypt. Lot of Twelve Earlier AR Tetradrachms, c. 305-225 BC. Bargain rate coins, with some good study material. Pieces mostly those of Ptolemy I - III. All same type: Diademed head of Ptolemy I right / Eagle left on thunderbolt. Assorted mints, including Sidon and Tyre. Coins with various tones, on good metal. A number with banker's marks and/or graffiti, some of which look interesting. Coins average Fine, a few better.
