Abraham Lincoln Andrew Johnson 1864 Ferrotype Presidential Campaign Medal. Very fine example of a vintage original 1864 ferrotype presidential campaign medal with the obverse an image of Abraham Lincoln with the words "For President" atop and 1864 just below. On the reverse is Andrew Johnson with "Vice President" above his image and again the year, 1864 just below. These campaign medals/coins had a very tiny suspension loop or bail at the twelve o'clock position of the brass shell, but in this example, it has been professionally removed.
Rare to find this in demand example of Lincolnania in such clean condition. 24.5 x 24.5 mm. Estimated Value $750 - UP
