World War II Portrait Photos: 7 by WWII Generals including Bradley & Stillwell, 8 Decorated Fighter Pilots, 11 Luftwaffe Pilots & 50+ Signatures. Outstanding collection of World War II commanders as well as fighter pilots both American and German; Signed photographs as well as autographed pages.
Four star generals include signing 8 x 10" photos includee: Joseph W. Stilwell, Omar Bradley, Al Gruenther, Maxwell Taylor, J. Lawton Collins and Mathew "Iron Tits" Ridgeway. General Doyle O. Hickey has also signed a portrait photo who ended his career as a Lt. General.

Eight WWII US fighter pilots have signed 8 x 10 photos: Pete Peterson, Bruce Carr, William Dunn, Gerard Brown, Henry Brown Bruce Holloway, Bon Neal and Ken Walsh. There are nine Royal Air Force Command autographs on a sheet with command logo and nine additional US fighter pilot autographs on a single sheet with Air Force shield.

A autographed First Edition copy by Isaac Don Levine of his biography on Billy Mitchell: Pioneer of Air Power, dated 1943 Fine- condition.

Finally a scarce collection of signed photos and autographs by recipients of the Luftwaffe Knight's Cross. There are 13 autographed photos (one 8 x 10", the others all 5 x 7") and include Herbert Heckmann, Gerhard Schoepfel, Gunther Shack, Hans Joachim Jabs, Johanned Wiese, Hans-Ekkard Bob, Dr. Heinz Lange, Julius Meimberg, Paul Zorner, Walter Wolfrum, Gunther Josten and Rudolf Klemm. Plus there are about 35 autographs of other recipients spread over 5 sheet with the Iron Cross

Vintage Militaria, Aviation and Nautical Pieces: Charles Lindbergh, William Marcy, Admiral Dewey, Luxury Liners, Battleships & More. Diverse but terrific collection of 19th and 20th Century vintage publications, signed decrees, tribute brochures, pennants, luxury liner menus and battleship ephemera.

Two Decrees, one signed by William Learned Marcy, Senator, then Governor of New York (1831-1839), US Secretary of War and State (145-1857) who is most well know for his quote "To the victor belongs the spoils". A second is signed by Horatio Seymour, one-time Governor of NY and Democratic Candidate for President in 1868 losing to Ulysses Grant. Both 10 x 13" twice folded, the Marcy in fine condition (minor toning) and Seymour in excellent condition.

Aviation: Vintage original Charles Lindbergh, "Welcome Lindbergh" pennant trimmed slightly from the 1920s from his transatlantic flight and a scarce 1927 Parks Air College. East Louis, Ill. one of the earliest flight institutes, 62 page enrollment brochure with superb photos.

Naval and Nautical: Rare 1899 Official Program for Grand Reception in New York Harbor for Admiral George Dewey. George Dewey was Admiral of the Navy, the only person in United States history to have attained the rank. He is best known for his victory at the Battle of Manila Bay during the Spanish American War, with the loss of only a single crewman. Rare 1904 program on the "Launching of the Armored Cruiser CALIFORNIA, under the auspices of the Native Sons of the Golden West in San Francisco. Other interesting items is a Joint Task Force One laminated card from the USS Pananma for ATOMIC BOMB tests on naval vessels conducted at Bikini Atoll a 1976 history of the USS Missouri, and a vintage brochure on the USS Alabama

Two luxury liner menus both for Washington's Birthday, 1930 and 1940 aboard the SS Abangarez and the SS Toloa both of United Fruit Co. Geat White Fleet plus rate brochure for Cunard's SS Scythia, 1927. Finally a vintage brochure from Cunard White Star Lines on the Queen Mary
