1794 C-4a R3 Small Edge Letters. PCGS graded VF-30. Glossy light to medium chocolate brown and steel. Smooth and attractive showing only a few trivial contact marks including a pair of small, light rim nicks on the right side of the obverse. M-LDS, Manley state 3.0, with an obvious bulge in the field at the bottom of the cap but without the radial die crack to the top of the M in AMERICA. The usual die state for this variety and very nice for the grade. Our grade is F12+. The attribution and Widok Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 2; 11 finer.
