Value $10,000 - UP Provenance: Awarded to Timotheos Kuusik. Kuusik (1862/3-1940) was active in Estonian society as an educator, author, translator, literary editor and Tallinn city councilman. He is best known for compiling the first Russian-Estonian dictionary, published in 1903. Kuusik received several Imperial Russian service awards for his contributions to education and the literary arts.
