Lot 811

Estimated Value $300 - 350.

Lot 812
1945-S Mercury Dime. Normal mint mark. NGC graded MS-68 Full Bands. One of 21 graded this high by NGC, this one is toned with lovely golden hues on both sides. However, we note that the obverse strike is weak on IN GOD WE TRUST as the dies were pretty well worn when this one was struck. Examination of the surfaces will find only a couple of tiny ticks. One for the grading set to see how close to perfection a dime can be.
Estimated Value $400 - 500.

Lot 819
1972-S Proof Roosevelt Dime Error, Broadstruck out of collar. Proof 65. An extremely rare Proof error, this coin is a well centered broadstruck piece that is nicely frosted and perfectly preserved. The obverse rims are starting to form a "cup" and are quite raised, and naturally curled down on the reverse. These are part of the dynamics of striking without a collar. Free of handling marks or other signs of abuse, this mint fresh coin will no doubt be a centerpiece of an advanced error collection. All proof errors are rare, and this coin is certainly no exception!
Estimated Value $450 - 650.
